Svenska Generationsskiften AB (publ) is private equity firm which acts as a minority investor and helps management to develop their business by building a structure within the company that makes it less dependent on the current owner, and by that increase the value of the company.
The individual entrepreneur can receive significantly more for his or her slightly smaller ownership in the future than today, with the help of Svenska Generationsskiften. Operations are conducted in a traditional private equity fashion. Svenska Generationsskiften AB holds the financial resources. The work is carried out by Herslow & Partners, also one of the founders of Svenska Generationsskiften AB. Today the company has 33 shareholders who have invested a total of SEK 11m.
