Engineering company in central Sweden with a turnover of approximately SEK 70m.
Herslow & Partners’ mission was to find a buyer. After an international search, approximately 20 companies were presented from both the US and Europe. The company was eventually sold to a Swedish buyer.
IT-company in south Sweden with a turnover of just under SEK 20m and approximately 30 shareholders.
Herslow & Partners’ mission was to help the main shareholder to get the company into a bigger context. A handful of potential Scandinavian buyers were identified after a discreet search. The company merged with another IT-company, also with a turnover of SEK 20m. All shareholders became shareholders in the new larger company.
Engineering company with sales of about SEK 25m and two shareholders.
Herslow & Partners’ mission was to find someone interested in buying one of the shareholder´s shares. After mapping out the market and presenting possible buyers, it was decided to offer a large industrial group in a related industry to acquire the shares, which it did.
